Module One

Module Two

In this module David will teach you how to deal with high backhands, low backhands, how to hit a disguised backhand dropshot and his legendary jumping backhand.

Module Three

In this module we’ll break down the backhand into seven segments, this includes the contact zone, the racket drop position, the power position and the swingpath. You’ll learn how to master each element for your own backhand.

Module Four

In this module we’ll break down the different power positions that you may want to use on your backhand, this includes the Nalbandian version, the Zverev version and the Hewitt version. You’ll also learn a simple trick to help you feel the racket drop from the power position.

Module Five

In this module we’ll show you different drills that you can use to help your backhand improve rapidly. Drills include how to develop a strong top hand, how to improve your rotational power and consistency drills.
